You can reset your password from within your SynCommerce account. To do so, follow the following steps.
STEP 1: Navigate to the settings page, and click on the "Access management" tab.
STEP 2: Click on the "Action" button by the user whose password you want o reset, then select "Reset password" from the drop down options.
STEP 3: On the modal that pops up, provide your new password. Confirm it by entering it again in the second field, then click the "Save" button. You will receive a confirmation notifying you that your password has been reset successfully.
